Yes, Rivers expressions are great, the one eyebrow raised look is priceless.
It's tough to decide on a favorite quote, but I'll try.
Mal: Now if something happens to me, or I'm not back within the hour. I want you to take this ship take off, and you come get me
Zoe: And risk my new ship?
Mal: It ain't all buttons and charts little albatross
The Operative: Are you willing to die for that belief?
Mal: I am
(Pulls out his gun and fires)
Mal:'course that ain't exactly Plan A
Mr. Universe: You guys bring me the best violence
Jayne: Shiny, let's be bad guys
"I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schoolin', so why don't we just ignore each other 'til we go away"-Mal

The two lines that got the biggest laughs consistently in theaters (I noticed) were the one about Kaylee's batteries, and, interestingly, Wash's final "I am a leaf on the wind…watch how I [die horribly]." The second was very cool; most people were laughing audibly, and then...they stopped...

The very funniest line in the BDM is, without a doubt, made by Jayne:
[referring to River, after one of her psychotic moments on Miranda]
"She is starting to damage my calm..."

Aw, do I only get to pick one? 
'Cause my friends and I have been slinging a few around at each other. The most popular is probably:
Jayne: "Gee, it'd be nice to have some GRENADES right about now."
But other favorites include:
River: "I swallowed a bug."
Mal: "This is your captain speaking. We're having a little problem with the landing sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulance and then... explode."
Jayne: "If they take me, I want you to shoot me!"
Mal: *takes aim*
Jayne: "Well, don't shoot me FIRST."

OMG,I loved:
Wash: "Whoah! Did you see that?"
Mal: "Was that the primary buffer panel?"
Wash: "It did seem to resemble..."
Mal: "Did the primary buffer panel just fall off my ship for no apparent reason?"
And:
Mal: "Define interesting."
Wash: "Oh god, oh god, we're all gonna die?"
Mostly every line with Wash, Mal, and Kaylee. Though they all have some really funny lines.
*As a note: I have the novelization, so that's how I know the full quotes. So sadly, no, I did not just randomly remember them off the top of my very obsessed and pretty-little-bonnet-covered-head.
And Helgunn, it's sometime when they're going into the bar to see Fanty and Mingo. Y'know, when River goes all psychotic?
