All FF episodes (including "Trash" and the "Gag Reel") can be downloaded from the following site:

http://versaphile.com/download/firefly.html

I posted this on two other threads, but it seems that some still don't know about this site (and we all want the episodes on our computers, right?)

I don't know who the owner is, but it is great that they have devoted so much space for our fav cancelled show

I downloaded them all and they are great!
Enjoy

Just like to point out that most of the files are in Real Media format, not avi. Thanks for the link though.

Oops! You're right. The Trash ep is in AVI format and I got lazy and cut-n-pasted my old post.

Yes, all of the episodes are in RealMedia format, except for Trash in AVI and the Gag Reel, which is in Quicktime...

Thanks Cyridel

Wow, this is great that somebody's gone to the trouble, but I'd rather cut off my big toe that let Real have my computer. :)

My wife refuses to use RealMedia as well, but I use it all of the time. It does sort of perform a hostile takeover of your computer, though, but I have come to expect that with all Windows-based applications

At least I am happy with the quality of the files (except Trash which is small and low-rez)

yeah... and if I didn't already have all the episodes I might be limping around with a big bangage on my foot about now.

SergeantX,
I have been a lurker here since the beginning, but I just now got the binary joke in your tagline. Being a programmer (among other things), it cracked me up.

Something that might interest some people. Like a lot of people I do my best never to download anything from Real. It tends to try to hijack as much as possible from what I remember when I used to use it. But I'm downloading a program called JetAudio now that has the ability to play all major formats...Windows Media, Quicktime, and RealPlayer. Will test it out and report back on how good it is. If anyone else wants to check it out just go to CNET's download section ( www.download.com) and do a search for JetAudio.

Edit: Oh yeah, forgot to add that the basic version is free.

JetAudio seems (to me at least) to be a good alternative to any type of Real player. It gives you the option to select what files to associate with it at install, although I ended up having to manually associate .rm files to run using JA. I think I'll keep it.
