had the same problem then i realized that i had lost my divx codec that might be the problem

if you have a fast connection and lots of space you can get the new one by clicking here 3.6 mb

or if you want the smaller older codex 3.1 mb

http://download.divx.com/divx/DivX505Bundle.exe

download one of them and install it. for the avrage user it prolly doesnt matter which one you get

if THAT is NOT your problem im not sure what else it might be
