Hmmmmmm...Very very intersting. Could this indeed be the effects of the "slow burn" we have all been waiting for? Oh I am sure its too soon to break out the bubbly. But it is intersting. Whether or not it is intersting enough to keep the movie in the theaters is another matter.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

don't count out word of mouth. When everyone does their job the numbers well and go exponential.
Don't be suprised to see it hang tough for a while.

I'm planning a mini shindig to see the BDM again this Saturday
(if anyone is near Cedar Rapids and wants to meet up let me know...we've got a good group going)
I would love to see 'Serenity' stay in the top ten for just a while longer...

Also not too bad considering that the film lost 480 theaters since the movie premiered.
