Does anybody know where I can get a 3 shot of Serenity? Or who I could contact to get one generated.

I"m talking blueprints of the Model used in the show, or very close shots of it.

I"m a hobby 3d artist and have been -very- interested in re-creating the model for personal/public use. However I"ve found less then no shots of it.

Don't know about the 3-shot thing, but there's no model. All CGI.

thats what I ment, I"m going to create a mesh:) But I need blueprints

a 3 shot is a top bottom front shot generated from the model.

All I can offer you is some relatively good screencaps from the eps in bmp format if you're interested. That's the only way you'll be able to build a model. Unless I missed something?

ya thanks, I guess that will have to do.

I"m going to try and contact the CGI place that created the model, maby they will be good enough to generate the shots, its not unheard of places doing that so we will see lol.

I love this show, and I -really- love the Serenity, such a cool design.

Hey, I'd be very eager to see what kind of results you come up with. I've been thinking of trying to tackle an actual (physical) model of Serenity, but resources are scarce. I'm not even entirely certain I have enough to block out the rough shape.

LOL Well, actually my handel I kind of just randomly picked, after reading some greek mytho's

I added the 'x' just because at the time I was in a multi-player online game bender:) and its best to have a DIFFERNT name then everybody else, I lot of Damocles's I was suprised

I got the shots thanks.

Ya Ill post once/if I get some good progress, I"m just finishing up a cgi breen ship for a guy, then my time is totaly free again!
