I didn't care too much for Kennedy either, until the last episode, which leads me to wonder if Kennedy would have worked had Joss written her a few more times.
That said, friends of mine who've met and spoken with Inari Limon said she's wonderful in person. Give her a break. I wouldn't smack Richard Brooks because Jubal Early was mean to Kaylee. Give poor Inari Limon a break.

1. Kennedy was not the most likable character in the Buffyverse, granted, but neither was she the most annoying.
2. I met Iyari Limon earlier this year and you couldn't ask for a nicer person (well, 'cepting Alyson Hannigan and Emma Caulfield, they're so sweet, too). She was wonderful and open and honest.

We saw Willow fall in love with Tara - with Kennedy it was just, "here's the replacement lesbian." My take on the Tara/Willow relationship was that Willow fell in love with a "person", their sex was irrelevant. All Kennedy did was flirt until Willow gave in! OK, so there did seem to genuine passion between then in "The Killer In Me" but overall, well I have nothing positive to say...
(Couldn't Amanda have survived instead of Kennedy?!)

Ditto, awful character, utterly unbelievable and pointless. Aaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!
I am sure the actress is lovely though and I bear her no ill-will.

Anyway, I found it fairly funny that she's now taking non-speaking parts in fast food commercials. If you ever see one of the annoying Taco Bell "It's Good to Go" commercials, check out the annoying chick in the pink shirt. It's that annoying chick that played Kennedy.
Considering how much I loathe that character, I find this pretty humorous.

Wow. Tell me what you REALLY think of her, why don't you.

May have been on the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I'm not sure whether this has mentioned on here before, but before getting the role of Kennedy, Iyari Limon actually auditioned twice for the role of Kaylee. This is what she said in an interview for the official Buffy magazine:
"I had read for Kaylee quite a few times and that didn't happen. Then I read for a guest star [part] and that didn't happen. My agents and I got on a conference call with casting and they said, 'Joss loves her and is going to hire her for something, whether it be Angel, Firefly or Buffy.'"

I've been watching season 7 again, and I think Kennedy gets more blame than she deserves. In fact, I'd say Rona was the most annoying of the bunch.

Yeah I was not a Kennedy fan either.
The sad thing is the one I liked gets killed immediately. However, the third one was that Giles brought with him from England. She gets the axe and she was the most polite and hot one of all of them. Grrrrrrr
If only she was around during Xanders dream sequence.

Amen to that! She was always questioning, second-guessing, defying Buffy and in the end, she had to be slapped silly by Vi (with the best character development of the potentials, I think.) I've also spotted Rona in commercials, there was one in particular at the beginning of the year, after the holidays, with a guy who'd worn out all his credit cards to just slits of plastic with a magnetic band... Quite funny.
Iyari is very sweet, I met her just after Buffy had ended and "Angel" was winding down. If she's now doing non-speaking parts in commercials maybe it's not due to karma, but to the fact that you still have to pay the rent/mortgage (same reason why good actors like Brian Dennehy or Gene Hackman act in total turkeys I usually end up translating, since they go straight-to-video most of the time.)

ZOE: Shoot 'em?
MAL: Politely.
