That line sinched Spike as my pick. Riley was the only character I had a significant distaste for - until Kennedy came along.

Worst. Buffy. Character. Ever.

And I actually liked the turn they took with Riley in his Season 6 return episode.

As for Angel - overall, I guess I'd have to say Wes, although, once again, I never had much dislike for any character we saw on at least a semi-regular basis. Wes is just the ultimate example of how, over the course of six seasons, a character can believably transform into an entirely different person. In a way, you could say they did that with EVERY main character, but they did it best with Wesley.

I love Buffy but Xander and Spike are my fav's. Giles is right up there too.
Honorable mention: Harmony and Andrew

Like everybody else, I love Wes on Angel as well as Angel himself.
Honorable mention: Harmony and Doyle.

I would have to say Spike. I just love the character development he went through. He was writen extreamly well from the beginig untill the end.

I just have a question regarding Kennedy. Who was she. I can't seem to remember who she was.

Kennedy was the bossy bitch that Willow hooked up with.

For the record: No, Buffy certainly wasn't my favorite. On BtVS, it'd be Giles, then Faith, then Xander. I liked Angel on AtS a lot better than Buffy on BtVS, but I'd say Wesley was my all-time favorite.

Bottom of the barrel: Kennedy and Kate.

Thanks for the reminder. And I would have to agree on Kate and Kennedy. I guess I disliked her so much that I forgot who she was. And Kate was just way too angry at the world.
