Sounds shiny, the more the merrier. Not that we are all going to be "merry men in tights" you know.

We're not? *throws away outfit plan*
I did have a vision, though, of getting a nice, long brown duster. Then, while standing in line, someone comes up to me... "Say, your coat is kind of a brownish color." My response, naturally, would be "It was on sale." ;-D

That's me!
My crew's making plans to go to see the midnight at the new Harkin's Theatre in Bricktown, providing they have it in the Cine Capri (which I'm expecting they will). It's (they claim) the largest screen in the state, so where better for our Big Damn Movie than a Big Damn Screen? And there's free parking for the theatre.
There's a BBQ place right around the corner with a semi-western feel that could be a great place to get some chow?
We've got a couple people talking about costumes already, if anyone else is interested!

Hey, this I like, so roughly how many in your crew? I think this is gonna be the most central location for any of us. E-mail me at. So they are showing one at Midnight on Thursday? I was gonna take Friday off from work anyway, but the drive from Tulsa to be there by midnight shouldn't bee too bad. I likes the BBQ idea as well. This could be the beginninig of some great shindigs in the future.

I'll definitely get on the email horn with you about that.
I just called the Bricktown theatre, and they said that they don't know as yet if they're doing a midnight show (since I thought I should check) and the manager wasn't sure if they would be because 'it doesn't sound like a very popular movie'.
The other larger theatre locally in the OKC metro is the Quail Springs AMC (who I also contacted), and they will not be doing a midnight show.
So, then, a more general question. I saw a few months back someone had posted about how to get ahold of Universal to find out what the distribution was going to be for the movie? Anybody remember where that was or how one goes about doing that? Since, apparently, it isn't as much of a given as I'd thought.

I'll have to do some archived thread surfing & see what I can find. I'll let you know.

Great, thanks for looking around!
I also had another idea. If we wanted to call over the next few days (not all at the same time because it'll seem like it's just a group of friends) to nicely ask if they're going to be doing a midnight screening it might show them that the movie -is- popular enough that it needs one.
The number for the Bricktown Harkins is (405) 231-0137. They've always been really friendly and are very customer service oriented. And their seats are cushy.
