I put my back out a few weeks ago.
i managed although not got rid of pain with copius amounts of ibuprofen, and a deep heat spray, that although made me smell like an old folks home in a heat wave, worked a treat.
now i only suffer pain first thing in the morning when I get up. and I dont take pain meds for it.
oh and spraffing means talking non stop about nothing much

Frozen. I got an ice pack on it. And I found a comfortable sitting position (lotus style in my swivel chair) so if I never move again, I'll be GREAT!
