Allegedly the second issue hits 3rd of August, i.e. this Wednesday with the third issue coming on the 7th of September. But it was delayed last time around so who knows?

The question is not whether there were or is still monkeys but whether those monkeys consitute a breach of UN regulations, where these monkeys may or may not allegedly be, and how said monkeys were going to be used if they did/did not exist.
Were these monkeys obtained legally or illegally through a third party?
