Caleb said he was from Knoxville, which is a city in Tennessee. It's near where I'm from originally. Most preachers on TV are from somewhere down there, because Southerners have a reputation for being very openly religious. Southern Baptists are probably the most fanatical mainstream religion in the US. Though they don't generally dress like Catholics in my experience, so I don't know what's up with that.
