I will answer that. Back in the stone age, before VCR's, I audio taped Star Trek episodes, and went to sleep listening to them. Can't even tell ya how many times I heard City On The Edge Of Forever!!!
You're only the third person I've ever heard of doing such a silly thing!
hehe you can add me to that silly list. We had a VCR but no cable when i was growing up. I would go rent G.I. Joe movies and audio tape them for later. Our TV room was in a converted garage and the door had a lock on it. I would put a sign on the door stating that i was recording and that silence was required.

I've seen the Roswell episode "Heat Wave" WAY too many times for it be considered healthy.
I have a tendancy to rewatch over and over the things I really love, but I know the Heat Wave thing was out of control for a while. That and the Fool For Love episode of Buffy and Smashed and Wrecked and well I think I am too obsessive compulsive a watcher of things.

I have seen the orginal Stars Wars over 200 times- atleast. My baby siting gig 20 years ago included a bootleg VHS, with a terrible picture. Had to pull a sophie's choice when they got Empire Strikes Back.
These days Long Kiss GoodNight is in the DVD player often.
Tivo always has a Buffy, Angel, DS9 and Gilmore Girls on it just for that few moments of nothing to do.
Morbid and creep-ifying I got no problem with.

Every year we watch 'A Christmas Story' at least 10 times cuz it runs on tbs over and over again.
I've seen 'Silence of the Lambs' quite a few times as well, but it never gets old.

2nd place is Star wars at 130-something (mostly in the theatre),
3rd is Enter The Dragon at just over 100 (again, mostly in the theatre).
I had a lot of disposable income as a teenager.
Movie looney Chrisisall

For specific episodes...Once More With Feeling (And yes, I sing along with all the guy parts...)
LOL I have the CD and my 9-yr-old son sings the guy parts & I sing the girls' when we're in the car. (He would die if his friends ever found out!)
Movies I've watched over & over & over:
~Aliens,
~original Star Wars tril. (my VHS tapes were so worn they were barely watchable);
~all the Harry Potter movies;
~Appolo 13
~Interview With A Vampire
Also--every time I get a week off work I have a Slayer-thon and watch several seasons of BTVS. In fact, even tho I have all the Buffy DVDs, if it's on TV, I will watch it.

Original Star Wars so many times I lost count, drove mum round the bend with the whole knowing the dialogue backwards. I think she may have banished it to the bedroom at some point. Indiana Jones never got banished though, wore the vids out.
And the pilot of the A-Team, watched it over and over and over til it got trashed.
T2, Alladin too - I love that one, Toy Story got a fair battering too. Angel - Smile Time, ah how wonderful was that episode.
And Firefly. I wore out the DVD's. Enough said.
