Supergirl...What the hell?

Kaylee: "What's so damn important about being proper? It don't mean nothing out here in the black."
Simon: "It means more out here. It's all I have..."

The flashback isn't just for us; it's Rick paralyzing his amygdala.

I couldn't agree with you more.

And thanks for the explanation on the edit. Now that I know what it is I can see how it wouldn't be as powerful as the original.

I watch "The Godfather I & II" a minimum of once a month and have for the last 15 years or so.

As for TV episodes: I'd have to say lately it has been the Firefly Episode "Out of Gas". My favorite one of the bunch.

Other then those, I don't have alot of time to watch TV.

Ooooh, The Quiet Man! That's like a 3 generation (mebee 4 soon) movie favorite in our family :)
Indiana Jones 1 and 3; Stargate (movie and series... Egyptology and space, what's not to love?); Bladerunner -- words cannot describe how f__king awesome that film is; Lawrence of Arabia - yep all those many hours of it; The Lion in Winter; original Star Trek eps, when aired and after; The Princess Bride; any and all Monty Python movies; Little Big Man; Farscape eps; Practical Magic; The Legend of Drunken Master; The Hunger; Gross Pointe Blank; The Rocky Horror Picture Show; Red Dwarf (in marathon)... and of course, Firefly.

Beware of Geeks bearing gifs.
Blessed are the Geeks for they shall internet the world.

Dude - I was so going to put down The Worst Witch, just couldn't think of the title. Not because I ever wanted to see it, just that there was like a five year period where that movie must've played twice a day on HBO. Made me want to vomit every time.

Original Star Wars. Easily close to 500 times. (don't forget, it's been out for 28 yrs!) I also audio-taped it in the years "BVCR" -before VCRs and listened to the tape over and over and over. I still know ALL the dialogue by heart (very first line? C3PO: "Did you hear that? They've shut down the main reactors. We'll be destroyed for sure. THis is madness." lol)and I even know all the music cues. God, I've not talked about the depth of my nerdness before. This is kinda cathartic. YES, MY NAME IS LARRY AND I'M A GEEK. (Hi Larry!)

When VCR's finally came into existence, I had one tape in particular that I wore out from watching. On it was Star Wars, Star Trek 2 -wrath of Khan, and Escape From New York. Over and over and over and over and over again I'd put that tape into the machine and just park infront of the tv for hours. I'd "Accidentally" miss the school bus and watch the tape the rest of the day. Even when I stayed home legitimately sick, I'd watch the tape.

Other films I've seen WAY too many times: Empire Strikes Back, Blade Runner, The Thing, Terminator 1, The Abyss, Alien, Aliens, Dune, E.T., Jaws, Wizard of Oz, Raising Arizona, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind. I can say dialogue with the characters in all of these! lol
what a loser! LOL
