Hi,
Fray I did hear the Dalek just as I got to JB the frightened look on my face and him asking me if I was a freaked out by that as he was was what prompted me to tell him the story!
Did you spend all day with Butt? Cos I saw him and his badge in the q for John and I'm guessing the girl he was with was you? I never spoke cos even while I recognised the name I couldn't remember from what board and there's some (like this one) that I post on more than others and while I recognise people's boardnames they may not recognise me.
If only I'd known!!!

Ahem, you've interrupted me in the middle of setting the photo of me & John as my phone wallpaper...
Right, I'm with you now! Yep, there was me, Ryan (ButtMonkey) and Jaina. I was the only one who actually went to the talk although they were kind enough to queue with me! Not to mention waiting around until the talk had finished - in fact the whole way through John's talk I was convinced they were off schmoozing with Adam! They claim they weren't but I'm not sure I believe them...
Was really sorry we didn't get to meet - still have that ticket for Adam for you somewhere! I kept saying "I have to find Cally, she's a fellow JJB fan"!! (trust you know what I mean by that, I'll keep it subtle to protect our reputations!). But hey, at least we got to speak to each other briefly. Shall have to make up for it at Serenity2.

yes well we wanted to be schmoozing with adam, mostly to make you jealous, but we lacked the necassary guts.

We've been swapping honesty stories over at LFACC - people seemed very impressed that I didn't get that second autograph from John Barrowman! OK, so I get to go to Heaven now but I still rue my stupidity!

I've just read my post back and realised what I said, sorry Fray my brain goes west sometimes - well actually it's off planet most of the time!
I will confess however to not knowing Buttmonkey's (Ryan's) real name and that's why I didn't use it.
Ha JJB, very good!!
I'm going to see JB do his cabaret act in London Pizza on the park on Saturday! I'm very excited! His kind of music isn't to everybody's taste (he does swing, big band music and the like) but I love it, it's what drove me to work in the theatre (big budget musicals) in the first place.
You needn't have pinched the photo's (or not as the case maybe) at the end of the day they'll give you copies.

Ooh, would love to see the Cabaret thing. I saw him in Sunset Blvd (took the programme to have signed) - love his singing. Bah to all these people who only know him as Captain Jack!

Ooh yes, please post photos! I'll have to wait until I see "A Few Good Men" for my next fix - and the friend I'm going with has just suggested November!!! She obviously has a much better social life than me as the play opens in August.
