I love that Dalek story, makes me feel much better about mine. I went (as a special treat for my 9th birthday) to the Doctor Who shop in Acton which has all manner of Who merchandise and memorabilia. There was the TARDIS from the movie in the corner and a Dalek plus umpteen monsters on the walls. I was so completely caught up in studying all the possible magazines, books and toys I could buy that I didn't notice the shopkeeper had silently moved the Dalek until it was right behind me then gave me a little shove with the plunger.

I turned and screamed very loudly, much to the amusement of everybody there.

I have to say that both of the Dalek stories are hilarious. I don't really have one. Ooh, once, at the jungle gym, there was one you could go inside, it was meant to be one of those, like the horses that rock?
