Terry raises her hand and confesses to audio taping favorite shows - well, certain episodes, anyway. I think it started when I bought the LP (yes, the dark ages) of the 1968 movie Romeo and Juliet. It had dialog on it and kinda hooked me on the concept. I still have half a dozen tapes on the bedroom bookshelf, with my Walkman that hasn't given out yet.

Terry (who wishes she had the reel-to-reel tapes of Dark Shadows from jr. high.)

Battle Beyond the Stars.

Sure, it's B, but I liked it.. still do.

Used to come on about once a month when I was younger and the networks apparently didn't have much else to run, and I watched it every time.

And of course, I "get the joke".
(it's based on Seven Samauri, which was what Magnificent Seven is based on, hence, the name of the planet.)

Ironically Vaughn plays almost the exact same character in both movies - LOVED his speech about how all his money was worthless cause he couldn't show his face to spend it.

So, how many threads have you started now? :-) Are you writing a book, doing research for a thesis?

But I'll bite - Out of Gas is my most recent multiple rewatching. I taped it as I watched the first run, immediately rewound it and watched it again as soon as it was over. I think I watched it 4 more times before the weekend was over.

I kept my Firefly tapes in the bedroom and watched before I went to bed for over a year after it was cancelled... rewound and started over every couple of weeks. :-) I haven't loved a show that much since Blakes 7.

Another would be the Highlander 2-parter Rev 6:8 and Comes a Horseman. Duncan begging for Methos' life - doesn't get any angstier. Is angstier a word?

And the last episode of Blakes 7 - I know it by heart.

Mal and crew could use Vila around, to finesse the locks. Explosives are so crude in comparison. LOL.

The only LC song I know is Hallelujah and the version by Rufus Wainwright is always in my top ten (usually #1) favorites.

I don't read FF fic for some reason. Maybe because it's hard for writers to capture anything close to Joss's style of dialog. But I like B7 fic.

I have seen the Indiana Jones trilogy so many freakin' times, its not funny. Wait, yes it is. I also have seen the 1999 version of The Mummy so many times, I even the know the words that are spoken in eygptian in the movie, EVERY SINGLE ONE. Sad, I know.

Harry Potter 1
The Ten Commandments-I have been watching this movie every Easter sunday on tv with my father ever since I can remember. Its our lil Easter tradition.
There's more but thats all I can think of.It would take all night to list them all. lol. I'm such a big movie buff. What can I say? I love movies!
