Define 'normal'. For me, I'd want any enthusiastic Browncoat to be sitting beside me enjoying the hell out of the BDM and not feeling like they'd just been raped. As there are more and more screenings, the novelty of all this wears a bit thin, ( especially in those original cities ) so there's less a need to make a quick $$. If one's going to charge a small fee, I'd say that anything over 10$ profit is really being contrary to the whole spirit of spreading the good word.

I'd have to agree. I'm a little ticked that these people who exploit those of us not fortunate enough to land tickets. My advice though is just not to stoop to their levels. Real Browncoats wouldn't go and buy loads of tickets to sell, we'd go give them away, or sell them to the devout fans who showed up even without tickets, at cost might I add. I had the fun thought that if I had an extra ticket, I'd do an auction for charity. I haven't been posting long, but I've been visiting this place for at least a year and half now, and the true spirit of a Browncoat is one that gives back when fate smiles upon them. These e-bay scalpers don't deserve to be given the title of Browncoat.

normal is 10.00 a tix no extra fee,and youre all right i shouldnt have stooped to there level,it was a bad call(with poor grammar too! :D )
and it seems I shouldn't have because my ebay account has been suspended.mark 1 for the scalpers.

My intentions were to buy 8 tickets (knowing that one MN Browncoat gave me all his info to buy him 12 tickets and that way, he and our friends would be covered).

My 8 tickets were going to be for me, my spousal, my brother, my neighbor and then I'd have 4 tickets to "sell". My price was going to be one filled grocery bag for Second Harvest Food Shelf per ticket.

If there's a 4th round of previews, that is still my intention.

Here's to hoping they report you and get you some nice ebay justice.

Leave the people alone. It doesn't matter if you like what they are doing or not. If the listing is illegal, report it. If you want to whine, stop and wait until you grow up to the point where you no longer want to whine. If you never grow up...too bad.

I'm tired of all the complaining about Ebay. Every item on Ebay is an aftermarket sale. If you want all of Ebay taken down that's great. It's not going to happen though. You'll just manage to annoy people and generate hate if you kick your feet and scream a lot.

I didn't get tickets this time around for the screening. I'll see if there are any scalpers for my screening and be very happy if I get tickets. God bless the scalpers.
