Em, a lot of people won't read this thread because it's about an event that's been, gone & didn't involve them. We'll start a new thread for the next meet.
At present I've nothing planned for July 2nd and if it stays that way I'm sure I can meet up with you. BUT (sorry, but it's a big but!) if there's any chance of getting tickets for Live 8 I'll have to go for that - because of the Spice Girls!
But don't give up hope yet dear heart!

unfortunetely for me, it`s a bit too close to the London Film & Comic Con - Can`t spend too much so close together - you saw how bad I was at the Cinema Store.

Last time my friend Mike got tickets and I got up soo late I missed em! That's what you get for sleeping in and being lazy!
Otherwise, i may be in Hampshire, or I could be in London seein friends. If London is the thing, I'll keep a lookout for the posts!

Yep, that link is a teeny bit out of date. Anyhow, they just said on the radio that there'll be an announcement tomorrow and Bob Geldoff & Midge Ure indicated something was afoot at the Ivan Novello awards last week.
There's definitely something planned though, otherwise Capital's Party in the Park would be well under way by now.

hey - i'll be in edinburgh too - but i will be with my bookstall and i think amongst the 100,000 or so people it might be hard to meet up but i'd be up for trying!!!
