Hoping to pull this thread back on track...
One of my classmates in the upcoming online psychology course is from Canton, MI.
Now the trouble will be to resist the temptation to ask her if there's a statute in her home town, looking at everybody like they owe him something.

So this guy I know wants me to take a picture with him. A ‘special’ picture he says to display in his office. I tell him I can take a picture of him. Then he says, "I’ll pay you $100 for one picture…isn’t that enough? It beats no pictures for $10 a piece. You get nothing."
I stand there and stare at him.
His friend stands there and stares at him.
We look at each other and nod. ‘Too right. Let’s do the math on that one…’
I’m still thinking about the picture. Just a friendly pic will be fine, but I’m not sure that’s what he has in mind, I mean $100? Time and resources don't cost that much...that’s not a buddy picture.
