What do you think is the best Buffy moment, or quote?
I have to love the bit in season 4 when the scoobies walk in on Giles playing his guitar in the Espresso Pump... CLASSIC!!!!

I love ones involving Willow particularly:
when everyone thought Willow was dead and she comes to the library...
when Spike (S3) is holding Willow hostage and talks about how long it has been since he has had a woman...Willow stands up for herself and states
"There will be no having of me..." LOL
When Riley (S4) wants to start dating Buffy and asks Willow for help, she warns him that if he breaks Buffy's heart she will beat him to death with a shovel...he looks surprised and she adds:
"a vague disclaimer is nobody's friend"
but really, every singe episode is filled with so many funny lines...how can you narrow it down?
