book and 'nara not in "Serenity" poster!

why do we suppose that is? Were they not there for shooting the poster? Are they not actually in the movie and the cast credits I've read are incorrect? Any thoughts would be nice, since this has stumped me for the past two months.

its not a poster,just a publicity photo and yeah i think i read somewhere that they werent on the set that day.plus jewel doesnt like it because she said she would have tried to look nicer if she had known they would be using that photo a lot. cant wait for the real poster---maybe by this june?--just a guess

Yes, Ron Glass and Morena Baccarin are both in Serenity in the roles of Shepherd Book and Inara Serra, respectively. They just weren't on set when that (rather ubiquitous) publicity photo was taken.

I know we've beaten this subject to death already, but next time they decide to releate a publicity photo of the cast and use it over and over and over, you think they'd warn the cast first. They look good of course, but there are so many other cast photos from the TV series that look better. How hard is it to get all 9 cast members together to have 1 group shot to release for the movie?
