One of my favorites is:

Hoogerbobbin

Now I'd be interested to see how many folks know what that means LOL

'Hoodspa' -- I can't spell it, it's Yiddish for hubris or arrogance but with an air of poking-fun or making light. I think it starts with a 'ch' like the older/correct spelling of Hannukah.

Liberty

Sass -- not so good for hangman...

Phenom

Omniscient

Cosmos

Quanta

Lieutenant -- it just has a rhythm to it...

And, speaking of rhythm: Rhumba. (Carmen Miranda's ghost is haunting Space Station Three, half the crew has seen her plus the portmaster and me...if you hear a rhumba beat, don't pass the mess-room door...you just might see a tangerine come rolling down the floor!)

You mean chuptza? It's spelled with a 'ch', but it actually starts with one of those phlegm-y sounds from deep down in the gullet.

Thuckatash = Succatash

As Thufferin' = Suffering

Thus : Suffering Succatash in Daffy's cleft-palated
(another good word - palate}
patois
{again another good'n}

is mangled
{yet another!}
and transmorgified
Again a great term!
into "Thufferin' Thuccatash!

Do I now duck?

Or would that actually be Tash's job ...

Succatash is literally, a mixture of corn and lima beans, or any combination recipe therein.

Succatash is also a member of this board who turns up from time to time. Hiliarity ensues.

Here's a new one:

Prestidigitation
Pheasant
Emergent
Incumbent
Lame
Haunted
Poltergeist
Cabal
Centrifugal
Aviary
Buxom
Zeitgeist
Dualistic
Transfix (What the Reavers had to do to that ship in Serenity to get it to run)
Far
Neverending

You get the gist (hey, another one!)

Simon: "It means more out here. It's all I have..."
