I've finally worked up the nerve, to do more than just lurk around, and actually post. I've been a firefly fan since the beginning. Used to watch it on fox along with John Doe. Does anyone know what happened to that show? Anyhow with the DVDs as my vehicle i've gotten two other people hooked on the show so far. Just wanted to stop in and finally say hi and that I hope to get a chance to talk with some of you.

Greeting Kiwi! Welcome to our little corner of the 'Verse. Glad to have another new Browncoat amongst the ranks of the faithful, especially one that until now has been lurking. I'm happy we could lure you out to play.

John Doe suffered the same fate as Firefly. Not a bad show, but I kind of figured it was doomed being on Fox because it was not a "reality" show.

Keep up the converting. We need to expand the fanbase as much as we can. If the movie is a success, we get two more in the future.

It was a good show, it was on Fox, I have not heard of it in quite some time.

Anyway, welcome here. It is always good to have like-minded people, so long as they chose to be like-minded of freewill instead of conformity.

I have yet to meet someone here who strikes me as a conformist, and I doubt you are different in that respect.
