THIS is the inevitable reciprocation of what has been afflicted upon us for so long.
The Legacy Media has the trust today of just under 1/3rd of American adults, which polling shows coincidentally is just several percentage points below the amount of people in this country who feel the Democratic Party is still favorable.
That is well deserved, and it shows everyone else who didn't start paying attention until last year who the stupid people are. They've been parading around on the news and social media for over a year now making complete asses of themselves.
You're going to play pretend like you know a single fucking thing about what is really going on between America and Venezuela today like you and Second and Ted have been pretending to do about Ukraine and Russia and America for years, you go right on ahead. I'm not surpised. I read an actual paper by an actual geologist with actual data that showed that fracked well output drops by 95% over 5 years unless it's constantly "restimulated"... an expensive process that makes fracked oil significantly more expensive to produce. Also, American oil is too light to produce enough diesel and jet fuel to meet demand. Refineries need a source of heavier crude, and Venezuela has the biggest known reseves IN THE WORLD of the kind of crude that refiners like to blend with lighter crude.

Shit here sucks. The ever-increasingly downward slide of what life used to be like when I was a kid until now, sucks. Neighborhoods are dead. Nobody knows each other anymore. Whatever was left of them died and never came back after Covid. Families up and moved away from each other and scattered to the winds.
Cops working in schools with metal detectors, but we now live in a world where it would be reckless not to have them. Cell phones in the hands of every kid, distracting them from learning anything and having actual social relationships while feeding them neverending streams of brainrot, but you'd be a bad parent if you didn't give all of your kids phones and use them to tag their location at any given time. Or to call you in the middle of the next school shooting.
All I know is that shit wasn't like this when I was a kid, and sometimes I get really frustrated and start believing I'm the only person who remembers that. Life wasn't just days full of doom scrolling and filling our brains up with every negative shit thing that happens every single day and doesn't even bother taking weekends off anymore.
Fixing that is all I care about.
Everything else is a distraction, if not downright in direct conflict with that desire.
