If Schumer Shutdown lasts a few more days, a glimpse might get captured of data for government employees, this being the normal week for Job Survey. This might be our only glimpse before all layoffs are reversed, under the new deal.
The report for this week would normally be released 1st Friday in Dec. Not sure how this will work out in real Shutdown mode.

Turns out, the BLS Jobs Report actually does publish the raw numbers, sort of. The data referred to is in Table A-7 each month. The A-series of Tables are from the survey which is performed by Census, but the census population figures each month are not correlated, not aligned with this A-7 data.

The Census (Dept of Commerce) does not seem to actually publish or report the data. But they do compile the surveys and data, provided to BLS - yet also provide BLS with Population data which they refuse to correct/align until January. And then BLS publishes this data provided by Census.
I have not used, watched, or kept track of these figures - because they do not directly control the numbers used to relate Unemployment.
I think I'll try to list some of this data, but due to BLS revisions, I won't be able to ensure continuity of data. The Unemployment data I post and update is from was is initially published, and not retroactively revised, changed, altered. But the available data now will obviously be whatever BLS has archived.

When the Jan data is released in Feb, it will include the corrected Population benchmarks, the first time since Jan 2025.

So why do we still have 1.5 Million more people now than we did at the beginning of the year?
If we didn't have anybody coming in, with 9 seconds per birth and 10 seconds per death, we should only have 350,632 more people in America on December 31st as we did January 1st.

The Government's very own population clock states that. We're still taking in a "migrant" every 22 seconds on average, which means that nearly 4/5ths of the new people living here at the end of the year will be foreign born.
If that clock is wrong, fix it. If it's not, I want some fucking answers.
