I just hope that if AI is the future of music, it makes happy music.
I think that is one of our biggest problems as a society right now. The music is objectively horrible for the most part. What isn't nihilistic is violent. What isn't violent or nihilistic is degrading against women or glorifying gang violence (as modern rap went mainstream).
You turned on the radio in the 80's and a good deal of the 90's and it put you in a good mood. You turn on the radio today and it's mostly a depressing experience.

Been listening to strictly positive music recently while I'm working, and just wishing that mainstream music was still like this and wasn't so nihilistic. Maybe we'll get back to a happy place where most of it is again like when I was a kid. It's been a long time.
