Ted, why did you leave out the most pertinent part, the context, from your post, about 3 or 4 posts above?

Quote:

García Harfuch confirmed the family members' crossing in a radio interview and said it was clear to Mexican authorities that they were doing so after negotiations between Guzmán López and the U.S. government.

He believed that was the case because the former cartel boss, whose lawyer said in January he had entered negotiations with U.S. authorities, had been pointing fingers at members of other criminal organizations likely as part of a cooperation agreement.

“It is evident that his family is going to the U.S. because of a negotiation or an offer that the Department of Justice is giving him,” Garcia Harfuch said.

The confirmation by García Harfuch comes the same day that the U.S. Attorney General's Office announced it was charging a number of top cartel leaders with “narcoterrorism” for the first time since the Trump administration declared a number of cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.

Are you trying to be biased? Ashamed that you are wrong? Or do you prefer that the Drug Cartels continue their crimes unabated?

Mexican security chief confirms cartel family members entered US in a deal with Trump administration

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico's security chief confirmed Tuesday that 17 family members of cartel leaders crossed into the U.S. last week as part of a deal between a son of the former head of the Sinaloa Cartel and the Trump administration.

Mexican Security Secretary Omar García Harfuch confirmed a report by independent journalist Luis Chaparro that family members of Ovidio Guzman Lopez, who was extradited to the United States in 2023, had entered the U.S.

Guzmán Lopez is one of the brothers left running a faction of the Sinaloa Cartel after notorious capo Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán was imprisoned in the U.S. Video showed the family members walking across the border from Tijuana with their suitcases to waiting U.S. agents.

Rumors had circulated last week that the younger Guzmán would plead guilty to avoid trial for several drug trafficking charges in the U.S. after being extradited in 2023.

What asshole, what was I wrong about? You have the original, quote me from there. All I said was Trump is fucking up. I stand by that.

I prefer that he doesn't bring entire families of corrupt organizations here. You mentioned context. I would have thought this was self-evident. Do you think they are ever going back? They do have supporters across the country; other gang members. And if they can't get together with them, who is going to support them; you?

You can't see me but I'm laughing. Why, because all you and Jack want is to get rid of the Mexicans. Trumps way sure don't cut it.

'Unprecedented and entirely unconstitutional': Judge motions to kill indictment for allegedly obstructing ICE agents, shreds Trump admin for even trying

In her motion, Dugan’s lawyers condemn her charges and prosecution as being “irrelevant to immunity.” They claim that even if the judge, who has been on the bench in Milwaukee County since 2016, did what she’s accused of doing, there would be no way of prosecuting her “because she is entitled to judicial immunity for her official acts,” according to the motion.

Yes. Please, oh please. Immunity for my gal because she's on my side.

Any chance that I can jump out unbidden and announce to the world how hypocritical I am on any given day, when somebody compares my "thoughts" in the moment to anything I've ever said before today.

BTW, Ted...

She wasn't arrested for any judgements that she made.

As per your own article, had you bothered to read down that far, this is what she was arrested for, and there is plenty of video proof of her doing it too.

Quote:

Dugan is accused of helping a Mexican national named Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who is facing misdemeanor battery charges. He was in Dugan’s courtroom on April 18 for a hearing when ICE agents allegedly tried to take him into custody. A deputy in Dugan’s courtroom claimed she directed Flores-Ruiz to leave through a jury door, per the motion.

“The government’s prosecution here reaches directly into a state courthouse, disrupting active proceedings, and interferes with the official duties of an elected judge,” the motion alleges.

Dugan is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday to enter a plea.

She was arrested for disregarding lawful orders that compelled the criminal illegal alien invader to be handed over to ICE to be deported and then trying to give him an escape route while keeping them busy. Who knows... A year from now that might be considered a treasonous act.

I wouldn't keep attempting it, or you might find out.

I know exactly what she did. And she did it in her courtroom. She is 100% in charge there. ICE played this whole thing wrong for the sake of a news cycle. Red meat for MAGA losers.

No. She is not 100% in charge there.

And she is certainly not above the law. Inside or outside of that courtroom.

Supreme Court HOLDS MAJOR Oral Argument on CITIZENSHIP

Listened to it all and analysis afterwards. That's still going on. I'll post some of it in a bit. Bottom line, Trump loses. And, this ruling with effect 4 or 5 other Trump emergency filings with the Supreme Court. So, kiss those cases goodby as well. Hey JSF, do you understand the context here?
