No mention of what Illinois has done to its map in there, is there?
None of this matters now anyway. It wasn't even a ruling. It was an Administrative Stay.
This is going to be weighed in on, in-full by SCOTUS next summer.
Just wait until they start screaming when Illinois loses 5 or 10 seats when they have to draw a legitimate map.
