I would argue the USA created relative stability in with the French and British, in Canada, in Germany, not so much in Eastern Europe which was mixed but maybe leading to the decline of old Empires and the formation of the EU a strong trading bloc also in Japan, Australia, New Zealand.
a big element of Globalization probably died after 911, having an open borders to the trojan horse of jihadis will not help your civilization or culture.
the influence in Latin America or Asia or Africa is debatable, Asia going either neutral non-aligned or Soviet/Communist leaning
There is a return to ColdWar Politics and a lack of scientific cooperation, the days of shared material study might be over, super computer projects, the ISS, Cold Fusion some international research efforts will continue but a lot of it is coming to an end
working with others who are reasonable in a scientific positive way might be keeping hope in the future alive

IF the USA truly withdraws from the world - politically, militarily, financially and economically - most of the world would be better off.
We already see nations are struggling to get out from under the USA's ass with the burgeoning BRICS movement (which our govt is trying with all its might to stop).
No more sanctions, no more interference in other nations' internal affairs. No more USA-funded terrorists. No more regime changes, destabilizations, and invasions sources from our shores. No more usurious dollar loans from IMF or World Bank. No more Israel running it's genocide campaigns in the Mideast.
No more USA- funded "NGOs" like NED pushing transnationalism and woke-ism and mass migration and transhumanism.
Some nations will become more authoritarian, but I suspect that without the USA bogeyman excuse, that will wear off pretty quickly.
The nations that will lose: Japan, S Korea, Philippines (maybe) vis a vis China. The fight will be over the near oceans and its resources like fishing and oil, not navigation and not territory. The nations around China will have to deal with that behemoth all on their own.
Or maybe the UN will FINALLY do its job and enforce international law, instead of the USA mandated "rules based order".
Australia and New Zealand are isolated by ocean from all of the sturm und drang in Europe, and since China isn't minded to invade anyone who isn't a threat, they can go back to normal trade with China.
Israel would be hosed. They'd have to pull in their horns right quick and stop their genocidal land grab. And, again, the UN might actually enforce international law instead of the USA- mandated "rules based order".
The EU and NATO nations will have to shell out a crapton of money for "defense", if they truly believe that Russia is an invasion threat. I personally don't think that, but if that's what they believe they're going to have to get their act together.
Specific leaders who have tied themselves to the USA- Lula (Brazil), Milei (Argentina), Pashinyan (Armenia) would be left scrambling for foreign support, and w/o it may lose their positions.
Eventually, if nations have credible voting procedures, I imagine that the governments of USA- dependents will eventually come to reflect the view of their people more closely.
The BIG downside will be the scramble for nuclear security. If the USA's nuclear umbrella folds, some EU nations may want to make their own weapons.
Nuclear proliferation might occur.
There would have to be multilateral negotiations. It might be better for all involved if the USA retained it's defensive nuclear umbrella over NATO nations, or even expanded it, which would vastly simplify nuclear agreements.
