Some random 81 year old just cooked up a clone of a sheep in his barn or something?

WTF AP? Somebody turned their farm into Jurassic Park and then he goes to court and gets a prison sentence and a fine? The government didn't take over this operation and hide it from the rest of us?

I'm sure this actually happened.
