How many years do you suppose it's going to take to build a new bridge? 2 years? 5 years?
Does anybody who lives outside of Baltimore know just how god awful rush hour traffic was in that area WITH the bridge?
This is going to be a living nightmare every single day for everyone living within a 50 mile radius of that bridge.
Thank god it didn't happen during the middle of the bumper to bumper rush hour or we'd have a death toll that possibly would have dwarfed 9/11. We're hearing about 20 or so dead right now, but that's just construction workers. Nobody knows who was driving on that bridge when it collapsed. We're going to be hearing about missing persons reports stacking up for weeks, and they're not going to find everyone who died for months, if they even ever find all of them.
The FED can forget completely about lowering interest rates before the election now. We're about to see another nationwide supply chain issue and the prices of everything from Gas to WalMart stock being bumped up at 2022 levels of inflation all over again.
If Joe Biden* wasn't finished before, he certainly is now.

2 tugboats spent 40 minutes with the Dali, but they took off 20 minutes before impact. Good thing they were able to save a couple dollars instead of saving lives and economy. Those 2 tugs were the first boats on scene after the disaster.
Now Biden will be able to thrown trillions to Baltimore and MD in pork, claiming to supplement Lloyd's of London.
