Simply sitting back and not intervening when one side or the other decides to burn down the village and let it play out is not lighting the match. They're all supposedly adults. I won't feel any guilt if and likely when they burn each other to the ground.
We have no shortage of our own problems that keep piling up every single day. It's time that America lets everybody else sort their own shit out.
No more funding to anybody in the world. Not for military equipment. Not for humanitarian reasons.
Birth control funding is permissible, assuming that there is very clear and transparent accounting of the expenditures and the chronic crooks aren't allowed to just find a way to line their pockets with that funding like they always do.

Turns out it was a misfired rocket (not a bomb) that was due to a malfunction. It also didn't touch the hospital at all, hitting the parking lot.
