I was saying that I didn't think Killers of the Flower Moon was going to eat into the Wokecersist's profits. And it doesn't appear that it did. It only lost 48% last weekend, which is 10% less than the 58% it lost the weekend before.
I also was saying that Five Nights at Freddies was going to basically put an end to the Wokecersist, so I suspect that it will lose a lot more than 48% this coming weekend.
Precilla shouldn't really hurt anything other than possibly stealing some thunder from Killers, but that movie did so bad on opening weekend how could you even tell if that happens?
I think if I were going to put my recent predictions on movies in the movie thread, I would have put where I guessed Killers opening weekend take within $130k and how much I said it was going to ultimately lose for Paramount/Apple, especially because of disinterest by international audiences. (If I recall, I called $132 Million worldwide gross is all it's getting).
