The decline in education has been a long time coming and has only increased in tandem with the larger and larger amounts of taxpayer dollars going toward it.
They don't want us to be able to read or do math. That's the truth. There are already far too many people on the planet and they've been working on ways to intentionally cull the heard. A stupid populace that can't read or do math is infinitely easier to control than a properly educated populace that is capable of recognizing when they're being gaslit and is intelligent enough to bring the receipts or at least understand the information presented when somebody smarter then they are provides it.
