THUGR is too stupid to notice that ZH links IT'S sources, or too lazy to follow them up. But I have never promoted ZH as THE place to get news. It's 90pct garbage, and I ignore most of it. It is, however, convenient, if you don't mind filtering out the bull.

Unless liars take care to coordinate with each other, the liars won't agree with each other. You see the same dynamic on science fiction shows on different networks. There is no reason that events on a network show are referenced on a different network. "They don't all agree with each other but then, I don't expect them to." - Signym

"some Biden officials..." which ones? Unsourced, youtube viewer fodder. And big whoop if true! Of course some Biden officials might not like Biden's choices on Ukraine. Thank god we don't have a dictator like Russia. "Agree or die."

Accurate reporting should reflect the same truths, whichever "side" they work for (or we think they do).

Reflecting a shockingly barbaric and old-fashioned wartime strategy, Russian forces have pummeled Ukrainian cities and towns with a barrage of rockets and other munitions, most of which can be considered relatively crude relics of the Cold War, and many of which have been banned widely under international treaties, according to a New York Times analysis.

The attacks have made repeated and widespread use of weapons that kill, maim and destroy indiscriminately — a potential violation of international humanitarian law. These strikes have left civilians — including children — dead and injured, and they have left critical infrastructure, like schools and homes, a shambles.

The Times examined more than 1,000 pictures taken by its own photojournalists and wire-service photographers working on the ground in Ukraine, as well as visual evidence presented by Ukrainian government and military agencies. Times journalists identified and categorized more than 450 instances in which weapons or groups of weapons were found in Ukraine. All told, there were more than 2,000 identifiable munitions, a vast majority of which were unguided.

The magnitude of the evidence collected and cataloged by The Times shows that the use of these kinds of weapons by Russia has not been limited or anomalous. In fact, it has formed the backbone of the country’s strategy for war since the beginning of the invasion.

Of the weapons identified by The Times, more than 210 were types that have been widely banned under international treaties. All but a handful were cluster munitions, including their sub-munitions, which can pose a grave risk to civilians for decades after war has ended. More than 330 other weapons appeared to have been used on or near civilian structures.

ZH is aimed primarily at the retail investor, with a dose of capitalist libertarianism and an even bigger dose of clickbaitism. They do, however, often link to WSJ or other "mainstream" publications. Clearly, you don't know the website.

Because it is CONVENIENT new AGGREGATOR. Intresting articles on ZH are a flag to look up the topic elsewhere. Howevever, I have often cautioned ppl to put their "shit-filters" (that exact phrase) in place before they go swimming in ZH. As usual, you chose to misrepresent my posting history.

TOO FUNNY!!!
Weren't you JUST defending the M$M's bullshit-amplification-without-verification as "reporting"?
Not only do you misrepresent MY POV, you even misrepresent yours!

But then, nobody ever accused you of honesty, consistency, or respect for truth!

At 12.30 PM, Kalibr high-precision long-distance sea-based missiles were launched at a command post of the Ukrainian troops near the village of Shirokaya Dacha (Dnepropetrovsk region).

At that moment a working meeting of the commanders of the Aleksandriya operational-strategic group was in progress.

More than 50 generals and officers of the AFU was eliminated. This included the General Staff of the Kakhovka group, airborne assault troops and units that operate towards Nikolayev and Zaporozhye.

ALSO

At 08.20 AM, Kalibr high-precision long-distance missiles destroyed 10 M777 155-mm howitzers and up to 20 armoured combat vehicles delivered by the West to the Kiev regime over the past 10 days that were located in a transformer plant in Nikolayev.

NYTimes etc have establish a looong track record. Not perfect - no one is - but of all journalism, all reporting media, they have established themselves at the top.

I link the site frequently, but it's not where I get my "news", bc "news" is reporting on real events which has been validated, not just passing on psyops. ZH is full of opinion, speculation, and catastrophism. They DO, however, report on events that CNN (and other M$M outlets) won't.

CNN is a shitstream that amplifies the latest garbage put out by "anonymous officials". And its selection of reportable "events" is carefully curated to not disturb the "narrative". They would NEVER report on Russia's military successes or China's military development, for example, unless it had been approved by TPTB to support the current propaganda.

You apparently have not watched it. It is a straightforward report of troop movements, areas taken, roads under 'fire control' etc. All of it has been timely and ultimately (usually a week or so later) confirmed by Kiev. He does speculate on what might happen next and discusses alternate scenarios. I listen but don't take it seriously; prediction is where ppl like Scott Ritter, Larry Johnson, The Duran, etc disagree.

They also refer to Russia's MoD, official Chinese and Russian and USA State Department readouts, court rulings, sites like oilprice.com, many M$M sources ... including American, British, French, and German, vote tallies, official polls etc. And when they DO refer to sources that are anonymous, they are VERY CAREFUL to caveat that information and point out that it may not be reliable, and often discuss the potential motives behind any particular narrative.
