Putin wants to bring his management skills to Ukraine. Ukrainians are not favorably impressed with his skills in managing the Russian economy (#11 in the world) or Russian army (#2 in the world). That army might not be big enough to handle Ukraine unless Putin makes the ultimate bad business decision -- nuke Ukraine to compensate for Putin's incompetent military leadership. If Putin does bring out the nukes, Russia will lose its position as the 11th largest economy in the world.

Putin might as well be waging war on his own army the way they're getting cut down.
I think at this point, he's down to getting "joy" out of ANY destruction. Pretty obvious his army can't win anything, so he's had to fall back on his Aleppo approach from the safety of long range. Total pussy move. Can't help think back on this meeting and the obvious bruh moment between Putin and MBS.
There's nothing as joyful for Putin as meeting someone who knows how to cut people into small pieces.
Fcker has had 20 years. He could have done good things for his people, but fck that! Get rid of the smart people and keep the cowards and the dummies, piss off most of the civilized/wealthy world, tank your economy, destroy your army... zero for 10.
