BRENDA; I did have a bit of luck today. I won 3rd. Finished with 3,670 points. Got a couple of decent hands with over 1,000 points in them.
Well, right at this moment which is 2:30pm the weather is a little iffy. It was misting when I went out this morning for mah jong and coming back. So have to see.

It's a lot brighter there during the day, but I'll probably have to consider another light or two in there for night time use. Seeing those lower shelves isn't going to be great. Putting electric down in both of the closets wouldn't be easy, even if I wanted to cheat with greenfield or romex because the attic is finished.
The only lights in the vicinity of the pantry that would help illuminate it at night is the chandelier I hung going upstairs, and residual lights from the ceiling in the basement, both of which don't throw all that might light into the pantry, especially when your body is in the way.
Those LED lights are nice though. They do last for quite a while and are easy to recharge.
But you do have to get lucky though. The 3 pack of small ones like the one in there have worked great now for going on two years. The two pack of larger ones came with one that started acting jenky only a month or two after I got it and then completely stopped taking a charge after only about 1.5 years. I can still use it if it's plugged in all the time though, so I installed it in the lower cab of the curio cabinet.

Been lazy here too, but time to get to work. Going to get the contact paper on the 3 shelves now so I can put stuff in the pantry, then it's cleanup mode in the kitchen and bathroom. Got company coming tomorrow.

Hi all!
It looks like our 9-day heat wave (temps 80-90F) is ending today and will be gone for the foreseeable future.
Busy, busy, busy. Off to do some tasks plus I have 2 days of dishes to do. Don't know what happened but yesterday I lay down for a quick nap and slept for 3 hours1 So my day today is kind of jammed up.
