The All-Ghetto Worst Halftime Show In History

I had no interest or intention of watching this dreck.

But I found myself in front of the TV, and the overpowering curiosity of an inevitable Trainwreck got me.

An entire Halftime without a single singer. Only Ebonics mumblers, the whole time.
The "show" looked like a first grader put it together.

I recall when Katy Perry did one, and I was fairly impressed with all the things going on. Even Madonna did one, although many folks thought she was too old. But at least she actually put effort into it.
Shania Twain did an awesome one.

This time there seemed no effort or creativity other than each person resisting toking on stage.

I expect I have not seen every Super Bowl Halftime Show, but this must rank as the most lifeless one ever.

All of those superstars who are alumni must be hanging their heads in collective shame right now.

You'll see stories about it tomorrow. NYT and WaPo will no doubt call it racism.

At least it didn't put Bengals to sleep, for the first play after Halftime was a 75 yard Touchdown pass, in 12 seconds.

But the Shania Show had gone of energy, and innovative - plus I can see the origins of Katy's Show in Shania's.

Nah. I didn't watch one second of football all year, including today. Not many things I'm less interested in than Football other than the halftime show this year.

I'd say the 2 best halftime shows I ever saw were Paul McCartney and Katy Perry. Both performed with not one single exploding LGBTQ chicken in sight, just singing.

Don't know why I even saw that one. I hate football and do my best to avoid it.

All the players on both teams STOOD FOR the National Anthem. In that regard, and in the general cleanliness of the game, Id say the NFL somewhat redeemed itself.
