The electrical system in Puerto Rico is down, Puerto Rico’s electric grid suffers series of blackouts, failures, setbacks.

The West Coast Grid seems better set up these days to take a hit but it could go down again, sometimes you had things called corruption, back some years ago Market Manipulation caused a California electricity crisis, supply gap was created by energy companies, mainly the scumbags at Enron, to create an artificial shortage, they pressure on the grid was just about the odd house with no power, it sent business and small companies into near bankruptcy, Lay was found guilty of fraud at trial...I can't remember the full story, something about links to Bush and maybe he later died of a heart attack while under house arrest or on vaction?

Puerto Rico doesnt seem to get enough attention here and why did Joss think only English and Chinese would be spoken in the future, why not German, Hindi, Polish, Spanish or Russian?

and in America you got this idea that NYC and Boston can link to Canada when their powers suffers drops or demands to get a boost through some Canada New Jersey Hydro-Québec Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire system, in the West they can link to British Columbia, California, Washinton Sate, Alaska from the Rocky Mountains to the North Polar power plants to the Pacific coast, its not one big grid but a series of Grids, some are linked and some are partially linked...but some still go it alone their own way?
They now Need some DIY Hamster Treadmill...or maybe Rotting Vegetable Fruit that can produce electricity. Solar Power and of course the place is surrounded by powerful waters...Micro hydro Electrical systems in your own backyard?
