Biden* does his best to read what's on the teleprompter, but he fucks up often.
I think of him as like another GWB: A mentally compromised President (with GWB he was a brain-burned dry drunk, Biden* is just old) with someone's hand stuck up his ass.
With GWB it was easy to see that he was Cheney's sock puppet. With Biden*, it's harder to see who's hand is filling his personna, prolly more than one. Sometimes leading to schizophrenic and hilarious results, bc they don't all agree. And then,there are the fuckups, making him an unreliable puppet.

It's strange to me that nobody notices the pattern of brain-damaged people being elected as presidents. It's even stranger to me that nobody notices they're from both parties.
