Project Veritas has never lost or settled on a case in it's corporate history.
And now, in a rare event, The New York Times is open to discovery, and all of their nasty secrets and abuses are laid exposed.

It sounds like this discovery process could be monumental. Really opening up NYT.
I should have mentioned this case is stacked on top of other cases.
New York Times v. Sullivan. 1964.
Sarah Palin v. New York Times. ongoing, could be VERY interesting now.

I'd love to see the NYT propaganda machine taken out of the picture.

Undercover journalist group Project Veritas scored a major win last week in the New York Supreme Court concerning the group’s defamation lawsuit against the newspaper.
The decision said the James O’Keefe-founded Project Veritas has sufficient evidence that the Times might have been motivated by “actual malice” and acted with “reckless disregard” in serval posts hitting the group’s work.
Jonathan Turley reported Sunday:
While it has received little coverage in the mainstream media
The entire M$M is crooked, and disrepsects the truth

the conservative group Project Veritas won a major victory against the New York Times this week in a defamation case with potentially wide reach. In a 16-page decision, New York Supreme Court Justice Charles Wood ruled against the newspaper’s motion to dismiss and found that Project Veritas had shown sufficient evidence that the New York Times might have been motivated by “actual malice” and acted with “reckless disregard” in several articles written by Maggie Astor and Tiffany Hsu. The decision will allow the Project access to discovery which can be extremely difficult for a news organization.
“This ruling means Project Veritas will now be able to put New York Times reporter Maggie Astor and New York Times executive editor Dean Baquet under oath where they will be forced to answer our questions,” O’Keefe said in reaction to the win, The Post Millennial reported Saturday.
“Project Veritas will record these depositions and expose them for the world to see,” he added.
The decision, in part, reads:
...Turley said this latest hit for the Times follows a win from former Alaskan Republican Gov. Sarah Palin. “Having two such losses for the New York Times in the defamation area is ironic given its role in establishing the precedent under New York Times v. Sullivan,” he noted.
As the suit has been moving forward, Project Veritas has continued its reporting. On Monday, the group released revealing photos at the Southern border as the Biden administration has reportedly put what’s effectively a “gag order” on Border Patrol agents with the media, according to sources. The Biden administration has denied the gag order reports.
And this, in a nutshell, is why you have to go to a VARIETY of sources to find THE TRUTH: Because the M$M is NOT interested in the truth, they're interested in burying it, if it doesn't match their narrative. Then after they bury the truth, they will never report on the fact that they buried the truth.

And today Veritas announced they are also filing the same lawsuit against CNN.
I guess I didn't actually detail that the Sarah Palin case could try to prove malice. As of December.
This obvious malice could be exposed during the Veritas discovery.

Today, Comrades of NYT, CNN at tweeter had permanently suspended James O'Keefe for "having multiple fake accounts" - even though he has never had more than his one account.
Curiously (or not), the numerous Libtards who actually do have fake accounts impersonating him, are still active and not suspended.
He announced that he will be filing suit against tweeter on Monday for defamation. And when he wins like with NYT, he will depose Dorkey and share the results with everybody.
He also mentioned that it cost $250,000 to get to the point of winning discovery against NYT.
