It's one of the few songs I grew up with that I can still listen to. So many great songs just seem to get to a point where they start grating on my nerves and even cause me to groan when I hear them on the radio.
I can't imagine ever getting sick of Sailing.
I still listen to it too.
I listen to CD, tape or LP depending on my mood.
PS. Thanks for posting Buble's song. It wouldn't work with the "Official video" for me.
No worries. I didn't see this post before. You're welcome.

I just remembered this song. I love the Pixies version, but when I saw this remake on a crappy B flick, I really liked it too.

This is a really great one from an old video game that probably nobody here has even heard before.
Just a really chill song that I could listen to on loop forever.

Here's something a little more classical and my favourite piece from "Phantom of the Opera

I saw a video about the flick today and just hearing the theme song gave me some serious nolstalgia pangs. I loved this song when I was a kid.
Posted the version from the 2nd movie since it doesn't have the kids laughing maniacally at the end that kind of ruins it.
I can't believe Goldsmith didn't win that year.
I never knew he made a version with lyrics too. They actually fit really well with the movie.
Why can't movie soundtracks be like this anymore?

This one's a banger...
I have no idea if it was in a movie or TV show I saw when I was a kid, and it came out before I was born, but I'd heard it enough that all I have to do is hear two notes of it and it brings on the nostalgia.
Just heard him brought up in a video seemingly completely unrelated and wanted to listen to it again now.

I have it on tape and it is a great piece of music. Can't remember where I heard it first but that's another piece of music I like.

I've been hearing this one on the radio lately.
I love it.
Chill AF.

I didn't see you reply to this Brenda.
Yeah. What a great song. I never hear it anymore unless I look for it on YouTube because something reminds me of it, but when I do I usually listen to it on loop for about an hour.
