I read the transcript, the entire thing. In it, Trump lists everything that HE believes was wrong with the Georgia election:
The "water main break" (which never happened; and the false report which the FBI and GBI didn't uncover. The fact that the "water main break" was bogus was actually discoverd by local attorney Paul J. Dzikowski) the building evacuation, and the subsequent counting of ballots pulled from under a table that were not in official ballot boxes, in an otherwise empty room (all on video)
Dead people or imposters voting, denying legitimate voters their right to vote. They subsequently had to vote as "provisional", and Trump questions whether they were ever counted
The lack of actual signature verification (comparing a submitted 2020 signatures to one from four and more years ago)
Dead people and non-residents voting.
Overseas (which includes military) votes being 100% for Biden
For these, Trump has an estimate of how many votes were involved.
Reports of vote-shredding and post-election machine tampering.
What the Trump team repeatedly asked for was that information be shared with the Trump team. Raffsenberger says Well, the FBI and GBI are on it but we know that parts of the FBI are vehemently anti-Trump, and I would imagine whichever GBI team was assigned to this task will do whatever it is told. (I used to work in a bureacracy. It's not necessary for the entire staff to be corrup all of the time, just for pressure to be placed on the group doing whatever politically sensitive work is going on.)
In all of that, Trump's mouth got him in trouble. He DID say

I know Romney is connected with Bain Capital but not anything specific.
What I DO recall from Romney's previous run for President was when he was secretly recorded speaking to a group of wealthy donors, saying

SLOPPY was running around all yesterday, or maybe the day before, trying start a flame war. I don't recall exactly or everything he posted but one of them was that I'm struggling to stay in the middle class, then he(?) posted the exact same thing to Jack.
I have the feeling that he trolls not just because he's become everything he detests in republicans, but because it gives him a sense of control over others, and frankly, attention he can't get any other way.
Everybody here knows SLOPPY lies, and trolls, and flame-baits - especially when frustrated as his(?) used-to-be helpers drop off the radar because they have too much to lose in a libel lawsuit and, of course recently, because JACK found a good response to Roomba.
