What does that have to do with Trump 'inciting' ... something or other bad ... by calling on people to be PEACEFUL and PATRIOTIC?
Where did he INCITE anything bad? Were did he call on people to ... say ... lynch Pence?
Where's your evidence?
Or are you not paying attention to Trump's actual words, but instead listening to the voices in your head? The same way republicans listen to the voices in their heads.
And, btw - I wouldn't call it a VALIDATED election. And neither would those demented rabid Trump supporters at CalTech/ MIT's Vote Project, since they call for, among other things, statistical analysis of the votes to validate elections.
And since there is zero space between blind acceptance and calling it fraud, that's why I bet they were even storming the barricades!

It's all political theater by the DNC and RNC. I doubt that "impeaching" a private citizen - which Trump is now, btw - is even legal or Constitutional, no matter what the Senate voted. The one thing that establishment members of BOTH parties need is preventing another populist victory.
So they're looking for ANY way possible ... muck up the voting process even more than it was mucked up already (mandatory mail-in voting, no signature required, no address required, no postmark required etc. https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/17031/hr1-chaotic-elections), impeachment, making DC a 51st state, appealing to relatives of illegal aliens, designating conservatives and libertarians as "domestic terrorists", allowing internet censorship, and so forth.
This kinda reminds me of the military's response to Vietnam war protests. The military felt it was nightly news coverage that turned people against the war, so instead of looking into their hearts to find where they had failed and fixing the problem so that any further wars COULD be fully supported by civilians, there was a whole series of actions to disable the antiwar movement so that mass antiwar protests would never happen again (including "embedding" journos with USA troops).
Oy. Dems and establishment Repubs are taking a wrong lesson from Trump. Instead of looking in their hearts to see where they had failed so many Americans, they just want to regain power and jam their agenda down everyone else's throat. Or else.

I just want to add this, in a place where you might read it, SECOND.
I've posted this before - that Trump is one smart dood, in a way that none of your ridicule of him as a pumpkin-faced clown seems to grasp. Maybe not smart in a way that could, say, design a refinery. But in his own way he's brilliant in knowing where the line is between what's criminal and what's debatable enough to be not quite over.
In the lead-up to the rally/ protest, which then turned into a riot by some people (as is usually the case, like with BLM and ANTIFA), Giuliani made statements that I thought were over the line. So did Trump Jr. And probably others did as well, those were just the two people I stumbled across whose statements had me goggling. But Trump himself never did.
And while I have no clue about Trump Jr's mental abilities, I don't think Giuliani is a dummy. So how it is that the people in Trump's orbit seem to repeatedly step right up in front of the bullseye (when Trump himself never does), I have no idea. And how it is they seem to somehow escape without any shots being fired at them for anything in relation to Trump is a further mystery.
In any case, despite the rhetoric of the people around him, PRESIDENT Trump himself will not be found with an awkward word on tape or on twitter.
He exhorted the rally to be peaceful and patriotic. Others may have called for action, but not Trump. When he called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, unless I missed it, he never used the word "you" as in "you need to find me votes". He always used the word "I" or "we", as in "I need to find votes". So technically, he never pressured Raffensperger to 'do' anything. On the Ukraine call he was even more removed, 'asking' 'if you could' and not pressuring for an answer immediately during the call. I think Sondland was being an eager beaver and trying to make things happen to impress his boss, and throw his weight around, (and pretend to be a big shot with direct access), but you can't find any Trump quotes saying anything about withholding funds unless Ukraine investigated Hunter. Well, maybe you can task someone to do try, but I never found any. Going further back, even Mueller, with the winds of the FIB and the rest of the Five Eyes all blowing his way, tens of millions of dollars and years of time, couldn't find any "collusion" - or - "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump".
So you got to ask yourself - how is it that nobody can find anything to pin on Trump?

On the day before the electoral college votes were to be certified, 5 January, Trump tweeted, “The Vice-President has the power to reject fraudulently chosen electors.” Hours later, Trump cornered Pence in the Oval Office. He had brought along a rightwing law professor, John Eastman, from Chapman University, who argued that Pence had the power to overturn the electoral college. Eastman had written an op-ed asserting that Kamala Harris was ineligible to run for vice-president because she was not a proper US citizen – a new birtherism. Trump told Pence Eastman was “very highly qualified”. For once, Pence stood his ground. His reverence turned into recalcitrance. He rebuffed Trump. There was a line he would not cross.
That night, after the New York Times reported that Pence felt “he would need to balance the president’s misguided beliefs about government with his own years of preaching deference to the constitution”, Trump issued a statement: “The New York Times report regarding comments Vice-President Pence supposedly made to me today is fake news. He never said that. The Vice-President and I are in total agreement that the Vice-President has the power to act.”
Before dawn on 6 January, after it was clear the Republicans had lost both seats in Georgia and with them control of the Senate, Trump frantically engaged in a tweet storm.
“States want to correct their votes, which they now know were based on irregularities and fraud, plus corrupt process never received legislative approval. All Mike Pence has to do is send them back to the States, AND WE WIN. Do it Mike, this is a time for extreme courage!”
Then Trump called Pence at the vice-presidential residence, the Naval Observatory, to deliver an ultimatum. “You can either go down in history as a patriot, or you can go down in history as a pussy,” Trump said. But Pence spurned him again. Pence hung up and got into his motorcade. As he drove to the Capitol, Trump mounted the platform at his “Stop the Steal” rally outside the White House, to address thousands of followers.
Trump knew Pence intended to perform his constitutionally prescribed duty to preside over the process that would seal Joe Biden’s election. Pence had repeatedly told Trump that was what he would do. Trump had tried every means to dislodge him from his position, but Pence proved immovable. Trump’s call that morning, threatening him as a “pussy”, was the last desperate gambit.
Trump knew the string was played out.
But when he addressed the crowd he had assembled, Trump pretended he did not know what Pence was going to do. Stung by Pence’s emphatic refusal, he knew he was retailing a false narrative. He feigned that Pence had not yet made up his mind – and that the entire decision now depended upon him. Trump built up the dramatic suspense, stoked the crowd’s anger and directed its fixation. Trump turned the entire crisis on to Pence.
Trump referred to Pence 13 times in his speech: I hope Mike is going to do the right thing. I hope so. I hope so. Because if Mike Pence does the right thing, we win the election.
