Creepiest costume I ever saw wasn't bc it looked so scary (a witch) but because the person ACTED scary. She (he?) came right up to me, focused on me intently and pointed menacingly, and kept on dancing around me and pointing. She (he?) was so convincingly menacing TO ME that the people I was with drew way and asked, hesistently "Does she... know you?"

Hard to explain exactly what she (he?) did that was so creepy, but it was sure effective!

I think those clowns a few years back were the creepiest. Probably because they were any old day of the year instead of just on Halloween. Those videos that would show them hanging out on front porches and looking into the cameras with machetes in their hands were the worst... and I'm not even somebody who's naturally afraid of clowns.

I actually really felt bad for legit clowns and the blowback they got. Especially once people had had enough and started beating clowns up and even shooting them.
