Probably should investigate him.

He's cheating in Germantown, MD. Should be fairly easy to ID.

It might be harder to ID his accomplice behind the camera who pans away when he realizes what is going on.

I like how he looks around to see who is watching him commit crime.

One time, there was this guy in our class who was not going to pass any test. The proctors watched him, and every single question, his head would turn to the right to see what answer that person had written, then swung to the left to check there, then back to his paper to circle the answer.
EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION.

The guys next to him got something like over 85% each. This guy failed, with something like 60%, even with cheating.

So the antics of your video guy make me lol.
