Agreed. That, and court packing was what my post was about. Whether or not the GOP packs the court with two additional judges after Trump wins, they certainly will be voluntarily doing this in the future.
Despite the fact that these judges are supposed to uphold the constitution, it has become painfully clear that they're just as biased as any politician.
Term limits probably aren't going to be necessary since both sides will be tactically removing and replacing justices on their own going forward.
