This is not about the originating pretext/excuse for the narrative which generated the items in the title. The Virus discussion is already elsewhere.

Currently, Stretch Pelosi is holding hostage any Relief Bills by demanding to get $1 Trillion of Pork added before she will agree. Thus Dems are refusing to provide relief from their Lockdown on the Economy.

It looks like the Dems will continue to harp on the Virus until Novemebr 4th. If Obiden is elected, all talk of the Virus will end, except how Obiden cured America (meanwhile folk will continue dying unabated). If Trump wins, Dems and Fake News will need to create a new narrative to obstruct or Impeach Trump.

It sounds like the phrase "Full report will be released November 5th" is becoming the new mantra for Dems, much like "Following the science" really means "abide your Libtard leaders"

The Relief Bills are being held back because Trump only wants enough money to last 60 days, so he can get reelected. Trump does not care how bad things get in November, December and January, presumably when Biden is inaugurated. The worse things are on the first day of Biden's term, the better things are for the GOP to take back the White House in the 2024 election. But Pelosi won't let Trump screw over Biden's Presidency. Either Trump approves enough money for both Trump's hopefully failed reelection attempt and the first few months of Biden's Presidency or else there will be no free money to help Trump's reelection.

In a couple weeks, the Unemployment Report will be released, the last one before Election Day (for Constitutionalists).

So let's look at the most recent Unemployment Report. The BLS breaks down races by White, Black, and Asian.

For Whites, the Participation Rate for August 2019 was 63.2, and this August it was 61.8%, a loss of 1.4 points.
The Employment-population ratio was 60.9 and is now 57.2, a loss of 3.7 points.
The Unemployment Rate was 3.5% and is now 7.5%, an increase of 4.0 points. The least of any race group.

For Blacks, the Participation Rate for August 2019 was 62.4, and this August it was 60.5%, a loss of 1.9 points. Greater than any other race.
The Employment-population ratio was 59.0 and is now 52.6, a loss of 6.4 points. Greater than any other race.

Last month a milestone passed.

The Libtard Lockdowns and runaway unemployment started in Mid-March. September marked 6 months of it. From what I understand, most Unemployment Insurance Benefits only last for 26 weeks. So Libtards put folk out of work, and I have not herd that they have provided extended UI Benefits after the 6 months of unemployment that they created. There was Extended Benefits in the first few months, from what I heard - for those who had already exhausted their 26 weeks before the Lockdowns. But I have not heard of additional Extended Benefits, now that the Libtard Lockdowns have pushed almost all UI periods into Extended range.

I think the Extended Benefits is a Federal Program, and administered by the States.

Although it seems common knowledge that Hospitals are3 paid an extra $13,000 for every case they can code as Covid, regardless of what the actual malady or ailment is, some Libtards continue to deny that Doctors are being pressured to claim Covid deaths where it is not true.

I've been hearing about some shenanigans from DHS in WI.

Apparently the hospitals are counting eah positive test result as a new case. So that if you test the same person 7 days in a row, they are reporting 7 new cases of Covid, instead of just the same case. Then when a negative test is the result, it is not reported - not as a case, but not even as a test having been taken.

This was not the way the early data on Covid was reported, and I'm not sure when it sthifted. I did not mishear the story, because it was repeated for hours while ai was driving around. There was apparently a story from WBAY TV news which detsiled this in the lasst half of last week, but by the time I searched for it, it was scrubbed already - sfter the outcry.

Gov Evers has been deserate to enact another Lockdown in time for Election, and this bloat of Fake Cases provide a pretext.

Early voting starts tomorrow in WI, so in order to duplicate the sham that was ran in the Spring Election, he'll need to enact soon, but not in time for Court Challenges.

Also, hospital beds are filling up becsause recovered patients are not being allowed to leave until their Nursing Homes are willing to take them back, so they are just filling up beds for no reason.

Marine Corps Base Twenty Nine Palms (aka 29 Stumps) is used as a Joint Military Exercise Facility, hosting other branches and other nations of military to practice live-fire war games. It is larger than the next 3 largest Marine Corps Bases combined: Camp Pendleton (CA), Camop Legeune (NC), and the entire Marine Corps Quantico Base - HQ plus hosted FBI Training.

I forgot to mention that the Election Lockdown is a little funny strategy. The County Sheriffs have been refusing to enforce One-Term-Tony's decrees. So his next Lockdown for Election would restrict the voting in the Libtard Counties, as well as the Libtard Cities, but the Lockdown in Constitutional, conservative Counties would not be artificially restricted, and this would all benefit the conservative sides of the ballot, statewide.

Did Texas Attorney General Paxton just save America?

It is one State suing 4 other States, which makes SCOTUS the originating Court.
It is suing for the 4 states violating the U.S. Constitution, which makes it of interest to SCOTUS.
Both of which make it fast-tracked to SCOTUS, therefore serves as barometer of the level of interest that SCOTUS has in ruling in this Election Fraud.

It also does not interfere with many other lawsuits, all which have not been ruled on their merits, only administrative procedural rulings.

It seems to have 2 main points.
1. Each of the 4 States bypassed their own State Legislatures (the sole authority for Election Laws and procedures, specified by the Constitution) to corrupt their Election Laws and Procedures under pretext of Covid, and therefore all 4 violated not only the U.S. Constitution, but also their own State Constitutions.

2. Each of the 4 States had at least one County which directly violated State Laws regarding how to treat or process each ballot, while other Counties in the same state abiding Election Laws and therefore treating those ballots differently - sometimes both sets of Counties being so directed by the State Election Officials to do opposite things. This violates the protection of all ballots being treated equally, as Bush v Gore set the Precedent Decision.

The remedy seems to be to remand the selection of Electors to the individual State's Legislatures, as specified by the Constitution. Sounds like McPherson v Blacker is the precedent decision for that.
