Good, now can they ban shooting people who are running away unarmed, and shooting people for petty offenses??

If I can't shoot someone for Jaywalking, how can they??

Have you known any police, in person? I have. Two of them were real standup kind of people, and one of them was a complete a-hole. It's not good to make generalizations, especially from a complete lack of knowledge.

Signym, shut the fuck up. There are 700,000 full time law enforcement officers and 1,000 illegal killings by officers per year. That leaves about 699,000 "good" officers, but the problem is the "bad" officers, who should be stopped from killing anybody. Because as I read it, REAVER is saying that MOST cops like to beat up and kill people. "Most" would mean a majority, 50% +1. You're saying that the number of bad cops is a very small part of the overall total.
