When the bullets are coming from all directions, you're not going to be able to take cover and avoid them all. As more and more countries find cases, you can be sure EVEN MORE cases are UNfound, and in EVEN MORE countries. You can't seal off the borders from the entire planet. Testing is too flawed to provide meaningful protection. SOONER OR LATER, it's going to arrive. And not just from some sketchy location to go immediately into quarantine. But from a nondescript anywhere, ready to disappear into the crowd. That's just logic.
